Shipping Policy

DermiVelle ships to all addresses across the Republic of Ireland. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping on Every Order

All orders ship free. There is no minimum order value and no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery to Ireland: 6–10 business days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

As we ship from outside the EU, your order may occasionally be subject to customs inspection. DermiVelle is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by Irish customs. Most orders pass through without any issue, but in rare cases delays may occur.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@dermivelle.ie with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. DermiVelle cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@dermivelle.ie within 24 hours of placing your order.
