Try Dermivelle Pro risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, just contact us within 100 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@dermivelle.ie with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process within 1–2 business days. Please don't send your item back before contacting us — we'll give you the right return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't work as expected, contact us at hello@dermivelle.ie with a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement straight away — no need to return the original.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service so nothing gets lost in transit. If your item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we cover all shipping costs.
Hygiene Note
For hygiene reasons, used roller heads cannot be returned unless they're defective. The main device, charger, and accessories can always be returned within 100 days.
